What is the FTC fine for DNC violation?
Violations can carry civil penalties. Amounts and applicable requirements can change; consult the FTC’s current business guidance. This checker does not provide a legal compliance decision.
How does it work?

What this tool checks
Free DNC List compares phone numbers with the dataset currently active on this site. The date above records when that dataset was activated. It does not promise a live connection to government records, identify the owner of a number, or establish consent to contact someone.
For spreadsheet uploads, inspect the added DNC status column and compare input and output counts. Rows with blank or unsupported phone numbers can be skipped. Keep your original file for comparison.
